1 & 2 Circle Star Way is a two-building, 206,000 square foot project that was developed in 1999-2000. It was previously the location of the Circle Star Theatre. In addition to the office project, we constructed a LED electronic billboard in front of the buildings along Interstate 101, which is operated by Silicon View. We sold the office project (not including the billboard) in 2006 for $308 per square foot.
